First noteworthy 🚵🏻 2021 🐖 It was 🐖 cold but the moods in the landscape just 🤩 So I expanded the tour more and more, so that it was my longest and most beautiful in January. Only the 🏊🏼 in the Main was too cold for me after all the late New Year's swim has to wait

Trauma coping tour 🚵🏻 after departure 3 weeks ago 🤪. My first 💯 with the 🚵🏻 and the 500th Komoot tour. Early at the start 🐖cold, later nice and warm for bathing in the Kneipp facility and at the end in the Main 🏊🏻♂️ Life is beautiful 🤩

The first one was planned - with the new one - but it was only 80 after it catapulted me over the handlebars at around 60 km. "Exposed" by darling in Schallfeld😉😂Then with the new AMS🚵♂️ only on trails to the donkey fountain and then home. Test passed, exactly 50 KM and 500 vertical meters, not calculated😂
