O Audrey im Wanderland
Hamburgerin mit rheinischem Migrationshintergrund.
Seit 2016 gilt meine große Liebe dem Weitwandern. Sie startete mit Jakobswegen und ging dann über auf jegliche Touren, die mindestens 100 Kilometer lang waren, am liebsten aber gleich 300 Kilometer und mehr.
Meine bisher erlaufenen knapp 3.000 Kilometer findest du en detail auf meinem Blog.
Seit meinen Jakobswegen (Camino Francés, Portugues & Finisterre) zieht es mich auch immer wieder auf deutsche Fernwanderungen wie Malerweg, Harzer Hexenstieg, Mosel-Camino, Rheinsteig, Stormarnweg, Albsteig oder Altmühltal Panoramaweg. Aber auch kleine Ausflüge rund um Hamburg finden hier ihren Platz.

Einmal mitten rein in die toskanische Landschaft hin zur idyllisch (ab)gelegenen Kapelle der Madonna Di Vitaleto. Umso überraschender waren die Menschenmassen, die vom Parkplatz aus hin pilgern, um das eine Foto zu schießen, darunter weit gereiste Hochzeitspaare mit Stylisten und Fotografen 🤷🏻♀️ Direkt dahinter warteten erneut Stille und Abgeschiedenheit und immer wieder idyllische Zypressen-Alleen

Einmal im Jahr zieht es mich in die Heide, wobei ich es tatsächlich nur selten wirklich zur Blütezeit schaffe. Wenn doch, waren die letzten Jahre auch immer eher mäßige Blütenprachten zu sehen. Dieses Jahr ist alles anders. Mehr durch Zufall als mit einem guten Plan erwischte ich dieses Jahr einen der Tage, wo fast überall die Heide in voller Blüte stand. In Kombination mit dieser landschaftlich total abwechslungsreichen Tour, dem tollen Wetter und perfekter Begleitung einfach traumhaft 🤗

For the last day, I wanted to do another longer tour, starting from a train station (there are no buses on public holidays). I decided to extend the 5-Lakes Tour from Seeg with a detour to Attelsee, thus completing the 7 Lakes & Ponds tour – the Seeger Seven Lakes Party, so to speak.

First: After a week, today is a double first: a) the snorer from the next room seems to have left, and b) I didn't need any rain gear today.
Even though it poured this morning, it stayed dry as I set off for Auerberg. The route was very idyllic – only my attempt to take a shortcut through the forest failed

What a flop. I should probably get rid of my optimism. When clouds hang over the mountain, the chances of them disappearing are slim. The likelihood of getting wet, on the other hand, is huge. I don't even want to get started on the poor visibility at 1,500 meters.

Today, the weather once again had its own plans and ignored the forecasted break for rain. But the hazy clouds certainly have their charm, and halfway through, we sat dry on the heated terrace with a stunning view, watching the interplay of mountains and clouds.
