Der Ardnamurchan Lighthouse steht am westlichen Teil des britischen Festlandes und wurde 1849 errichtet.
Der Sandstand von Sanna ist einer der schönsten Stände von Schottland.
Ein Besuch lohnt sich !!!

Der Besuch des Castel ist nur bei "Ebbe" möglich. Auch der anschließende Weg an den Klippen entlang ist nur eingeschränkt begehbar.

🏴 "Great Glan Way" von Strathan nach Glenfinnan
Die heutige Etappe führte uns durch das Cuirnean Tal aufwärts und durch das Glenfinnantal abwärts.
Die Wege waren aufwärts oft nicht zu erkennen, schammig oder gar nicht da, so dass wir uns 'durchgekämpft" haben. Auch die "Flussüberqwerungen" waren für mich, "abenteuerlich".

🏴 "Great Glan Way" von South Laggan nach Gairlochy
Die heutige Etappe führte uns am Loch Lochy entlang. Erzählt wird sich, dass in dessen Tiefe Lizzy, die nicht so berühmte "Verwandte" von Nessy leben würde.
Gairlochy ist das offizielle Etappenziel. Da unser "Nachtlager" in Spean Brighe war, ging es für uns noch ein Stückchen weiter.
