This is a hike where the return is done by the same path as the outward journey.
The first part is quite easy, with a fairly steep climb.
The second part (leaving the GR) is very easy.
The landscapes are magnificent.
There is a fenicular for the elderly or the non-athletic.

The tour of the lake is 6 kms.
But at no time (except at the restaurant) do we walk near the lake.
We hardly see it.
It's a shame.
