Wanderung von Balkhausen zum Felsenmeer - malerisch
Wir waren an einem Januartag unterwegs. Nach Schneeschmelze und Regenphase. Da war der Anfang ziemlich weich, auch matschig. Aber das ist nur ein kurzer Abschnitt. Beim Felsenmeer kann man auch länger verweilen. Gute Einkehrmöglichkeit wäre abseits aber doch nahe die Kuhralpe.

Schusterpfad - Rundweg von Hauenstein aus im Dahner Felsenland
Beliebtester Wanderweg rund um Hauenstein. Wer fitt ist kann ganz viele Felsen erklimmen. Die Wege sind sehr schön zu gehen. Aber wegen der Wurzelabschnitte nicht barrierefrei. Für Kinder kann man den Weg auch kürzer gestalten.

The most popular hiking trail around Hauenstein. Those who are fit can climb many of the rocks. The paths are very pleasant to walk on, but not wheelchair accessible due to the root sections. The route can be shortened for children.

Every year at the end of January, our group goes snowshoeing around the Feldberg. It's very reliably snowy there. This year, the snow on the northeast side was deep and powdery. That's no problem when going uphill, but it's easy to slip when going downhill. But that's part of the adventure, too.
