Today the girls had some free time, so we drove to Schneeberg to visit the mining museum. It's especially lovely during Advent. Right now, many scenes are set up with Playmobil, and there are small play tables for the kids. It's definitely worth a visit for children too. Afterwards, we took a short stroll

Today was our annual Christmas light lighting ceremony at the fire station. It's become a lovely tradition. Small and charming. We have the tallest Christmas tree in the district, mounted on the maypole. For the children, there's our old squeaky carousel and pony-drawn carriage rides, all free of charge

Today we were out and about in the Werdau Forest again. It was incredibly peaceful at the reservoir 🥰. The former log-driving canal is fed by it. Unfortunately, the forestry service is busy harvesting timber, and some paths are closed or completely rutted. Nevertheless, it was a very beautiful and peaceful hike.
