Barranco del Agua Runde ab Ifonche
Es geht links vom Barranco hoch. Beim Weg hinunter in den Barranco verliert sich auf der Hälfte der Weg und man muss nach Gefühl bis zum Barrancobett hinuntergehen. Unten angekommen, könnte man noch ein Stück ansteigend den Barranco folgen. Man kommt dann auf einen Wasserstollen. Wir sind schon einmal weiter…

Verbrannte Erde
Ende Juni 2025 hat es in diesem Wandergebiet um das Hotel Los Partidos gebrannt. 60-70 Hektar Buschland sind verbrannt. 8 Lösch-Hubschrauber waren im Einsatz. Etwas mehr als 1/3 des Wanderweges führt durch das Brandgebiet. Im November 2025 konnten wir bereits sehen, wie stark die Fenchelbüsche neu austreiben und neues Leben…

Ifonche in umgekehrter Richtung zum Aussichtspunkt Richtung Adeje
Diese Tour ist schön in beide Richtungen zu laufen. Man kann sie auch gut mit anderen Wanderungen kombinieren. Man sieht weit von oben in den Barranco Inferno hinein.

A short hiking tour with a view of the Chinyero. The path leads through a beautiful pine forest. This path is ideal for anyone who doesn't like walking on lava rock. You always have a beautiful view of the Chinyero.

A very nice hike to the Arco de Jurado through the Barranco de la Linde. We went back over the road because we were afraid of going back over the high rocks with our short legs. We actually got up to the Arco because we turned right at the rock with the word Arco written on it. This is how we got to

It's fantastic to find so many beautiful barbecue spots at this altitude. We women went on a short hike and the men took care of the barbecue in the meantime. There are water taps at all of the barbecue spots. Unfortunately, the sun kept hiding behind the clouds and so it was sometimes chilly at 19 degrees

A very nice little tour in the Teide area. When the weather is nice, you have a great view of Puerto de la Cruz or a beautiful white blanket of clouds. In 2023 there was a big forest fire here. Many broom bushes and pine trees were burned. The broom is no longer recovering, the pines are sprouting again

We set off early to enjoy the coolness of the forest. It's easier that way. The dewdrops on the pine needles glitter so beautifully in the sun. We chose the gentlest path to the Negro volcano at the rest area in Los Lianos. A woman with a sore foot was on the hike with us and didn't want to put too much

Today we went to the viewpoint in Ifonche. You can hear the echo so beautifully there. We Austrians were quite frankly yodeling. Puddles of water were evidence of the night's rain. There are many different hikes you can do from Ifonche. A beautiful area.
