O WanderReporterin
Eine Wanderung durch die Natur kann erholsam sein wie ein Tag Urlaub. Diese Erfahrung machte ich, als ich meinen ersten Auftrag für eine Wanderreportage abgeschlossen hatte: eine Woche alleine unterwegs auf dem Pfälzer Jakobsweg. Zu Beginn war es noch ein Abenteuer, doch am Ende war es eine Selbstfindung mit ungeahnten Folgen. Seit jener Pilgerwanderung nämlich hat das Wandern einen ganz besonderen Stellenwert in meinem Leben eingenommen. Es hat meinen Blick auf die Natur verändert und mich wesentlich zufriedener gemacht. Seither schreibe ich regelmäßig über meine Erlebnisse auf meinen Wanderungen.
Vielleicht kann ich dich ja mit meinen Reportagen dazu animieren, einmal selbst auf Entdeckungsreise in deiner oder auch in einer dir fremden Region zu gehen.

Unfortunately I didn't get any further than Landau. The heat of the last few days had taken its toll on me. From Herxheim I went across the fields to the main station in Landau. Here I just finished my pilgrimage on the Palatinate Way of St. James. As soon as the temperatures get a little warmer again

In good time I started the second stage this morning at the St. Jakob church in Germersheim. My wish was to be in Herxheim by 2 p.m. at the latest. The first stage of the Palatinate Way of St. James is very tar-heavy. Well, the historical pilgrimage routes ran along the trade routes that still exist today. I guess that was just as tiring for the pilgrims as it was for me today.

I didn't like this tour. It was mostly in the shady forest. Only at the end was there a nice view. I was very disappointed because it was a sunny day and I spent it in the shade of the forest.

Control hike on a circular hike that is listed in my hiking guide "Hiking for the soul. Palatinate". It is a shortened version of the Hahnfels tour near Erfweiler. Still a very beautiful hike that is not over-hiked even on the weekend.
