Café Engel is highly recommended. Every day from 12:00 to 14:00, they serve lunch with two freshly cooked dishes (one vegetarian). We had a very good meal in this lovely setting. There's also outdoor seating.
The path there is easy and well-maintained, except for the initial uphill section.

This is the second part of the tour, the return journey from the Hintereck Hut down to Obersimonswald.
The descent is via small paths and over rough terrain. Surefootedness, sturdy footwear, and hiking poles are essential.
Halfway through the hike, there's a bench in a great location with panoramic views!

Pierwsza część trasy była dobra - potem było do bani. Ścieżka błotnista, wiele błotnistych dołów do ominięcia, dużo słońca zamiast leśnych ścieżek. Komoot chciał mnie potem wysłać przez most, którego nie ma 🤬🤬. Oznaczało to dodatkowe 5 km, a w miejscu, do którego trafiłem, pociąg kursował tylko wieczorem
