Tour carried out from a trace Utagawa Buèges tour 14697.
I added a few singles. Everything is passable by bike, but certain portions are in adventure mode: path somewhat closed by vegetation. it passes at the cost of a few scratches, nothing insurmountable.

A fairly physically demanding tour (two long climbs with a high percentage to be seen on the d+ profile), a single technical descent typed enduro / DH arranged after the puy du tour trail, for the rest no difficulty. Some unavoidable tarred sections but ultimately welcome for recovery.

You will ride in the Montgrí natural park rather on sand on the west/north-west side, and on wide flat but very stony paths on the east side.
Be careful if you want to go higher, some single tracks on the Castel de Mongrí side are closed to preserve the fauna and flora, I had

Loop from the campsite ''chez Gendron''. At the start a very beautiful single track, clean, fun and very playful for about 2.5km then a passage through the vineyards with a lot of tarmac. Return through the forest and another part of the single track, rather descending from the small pond. A little technical but without danger.
