Today I hiked up from Hain to Rainberg and into the Grün valley. It was a very strenuous hike, as there were no tracks at the top of Rainberg. However, with good lighting, I managed to descend to Grün via the 7 Fuhren trail. Since it was downhill from the 7 Fuhren onwards, it was a relief, even without tracks.

Hike with the Frankenwaldverein Kronach. From the parking lot at the Main bridge in Strössendorf to Weidnitz, Ebnether Forest to the Jewish cemetery, where we visited it. Sunny slope to Meuselsberg and Burgkunstadt. Break at the town hall, then on to the train station, to Altenkunstadt and Strössendorf
