At Leekringen, the Wutach falls a few meters over the hard limestone edge. Very impressive at high tide!

It is worthwhile to park the bike here for a short while and to search for the little trail just after the bridge (direction Oberlauchringen) to Lauffen. Unfortunately, there is usually little water, but the waterfall and the rock formations are still worth seeing.

The waterfall might be less impressive with lower water levels or partially frozen, but the serene winter landscape can offer a unique experience.
