The hamlet of Salmeza seen from the church of S. Barnaba is a small jewel, placed in a natural basin. Today almost abandoned but with a very important past, when there were no cars and you went on foot, here in fact passed via Mercatorum (laviamercatorum.it/) which starting from Bergamo put the Val Seriana with the Brembana valley up to Cornello del Tasso.
