The Lagazoi (2'778 m above sea level) can be reached by train in about 10 minutes on foot. If you ascend from the valley, you will need 3-4 hours, depending on whether you climb the cliffs or the crest or the other side of the valley. From the summit you have a wonderful view. The Lagazoi is also a memorial to the war atrocities of the First World War. Countless tunnels and positions bear witness to the harsh conditions in the mountains at the time of the First World War.

    Beautiful point of view.
Thank God we arrived. I was pretty physically and mentally exhausted. This was my first easy via ferrata, and I did it without a safety harness or helmet. Surefootedness and no fear of heights are absolutely essential on this climb.

But it was definitely an experience.
