Since 1984, Bernd Velke and his partner Axel Otolski have been marketing their gently
pressed direct juices under the name Lütauer.
Apple juice makes up the largest part of the processed fruit volume of around 1000 tons
per year and organic juices make up around 10% of that.
The regional employer employs a team of 12 people and has established itself in the highly competitive market of beverage manufacturers with high-quality juices at attractive prices.

With a lot of love for the best fruit, we spend our everyday lives building pipes, pumping juice and cleaning. Some things are automated, but most things are still done by head and hand - and that's a good thing. We make many juices ourselves from A to Z, some we buy in - orange juice from Spain is simply better than the North German one.
