The monument "Stallion Wohlklang in the freedom dressage" in the castle park was erected and unveiled in 1985 ... and only a short time later the whip was missing from the raised hand of the stud!
In fact, it has not reappeared to this day.

The statue with the Celle Castle in the background is a very nice photo subject. The castle park is also very beautiful. On my Dannenberg-Hanover bike tours, I like to stop here and take a few photos.

Stallion Wohlklang in the freedom dressage

The bronze sculpture "Stallion Wohlklang in the freedom dressage" commemorates two anniversaries.
The group was donated by the Stadtsparkasse Celle on the occasion of its 150th anniversary in 1984.

It was set up and unveiled at the celebration of the 250th anniversary of the State Stud Celle on August 29, 1985 on the parade ground in the State Stud and then, after the stallion parades, presented to the public on October 12, 1985 in the castle grounds.
