    Here you can drive a few kilometers directly along the Danube embankment. For me, this is a welcome change, as the official Danube Cycle Route is often a bit away from the Danube.

    The Danube Trail is a great excursion destination, whether on foot or by bike. There is also a restaurant every now and then to have something good to eat and drink. Worth mentioning here are Leibheim, Offingen, Lauingen directly on the Donauweg. I think the Danube bank project is a really good thing and invites you to linger.
