The Culloden Battlefield Memorial Cairn is a poignant man-made monument located on the historic Culloden Moor, just east of Inverness in the Scottish Highlands. This significant historical site commemorates the Battle of Culloden, the final and most brutal confrontation of the 1745 Jacobite Rising, which took place on April 16, 1746.
