From here you have a fantastic view of the Thuringian Forest. The Gleichberge, the Straufhain and the Veste Heldburg are also easy to see when the weather is right, as is the Veste Coburg. And best of all, the award-winning town of Rieth is right at your feet. 😍☺️👍🏻💪🏻

From Rieth you drive in the direction of Schweickershausen. After leaving the town, follow the first path on the right in the direction of the forest. If you walk along the path, you will see the highest point on the right just before the forest. From here you have a fantastic view of the Thuringian Forest. The Gleichberge, the Straufhain and the Veste Heldburg are also clearly visible when the weather is good.
