The Ox Tower in Imsum is the remains of a former church. The "Ox Tower" is what has remained of this church over the centuries.
It has now become the landmark of Imsum and can also be seen on the Imsum coat of arms.
You can use it as an observation platform and have a very nice view of Imsum, the port in Bremerhaven and the southern region of Wursten.

A short trip to the roof of the Ochsenturm is worthwhile and offers a beautiful view of the Bremerhaven container port. The interior of the tower is very rustic and also worth a stay.
