Very renovated farmhouse with ground floor, first floor and attic that open to the outside in the main facade by means of three arches of three arches each, made of exposed brick. [1] On the central floor, where there were previously balconies, there are windows without any decoration. [1] The entrance door has a semicircular voussoir portal. The cover is to two waters and the facade is plastered in white. Near the farmhouse, next to one of the side facades, there is a building that was formerly called "France". [1]

The name of Xercavins appears in a lawsuit between the veguer Seniofred de Rubí and the abbot of Sant Cugat for the use of the waters of the stream and the springs. [2]

The first known member of the family is William of Xercavins, who signed a sacramental will in 1152. [1] The lands and goods they owned were their own, allodial and very extensive. It was a free family with authority not superior to the one of count-sovereign.
