    The whey house as a restaurant has been open again since the end of May 2021. There is also a stamp office for the Harzer hiking nobility on the building: number 169.

    The Molkenhaus forest restaurant can be reached on foot or with the forest bus - KVG line 875 (except in the winter months).
    At an altitude of 528 above sea level. NN you can stop in the rustic forest inn and have this unobstructed view - of a clearing with game feeding (in the winter months) and of the wonderful Harz forests. It's open again!
