Het bronzen beeld "Hengst Wohlklang in de vrijheidsdressuur" herdenkt twee jubilea.
De groep werd geschonken door de Stadtsparkasse Celle ter gelegenheid van zijn 150ste verjaardag in 1984.
Het werd opgericht en onthuld tijdens de viering van de 250ste verjaardag van de Staatsstoeterij Celle op 29 augustus 1985 op het paradeterrein in de Staatsstoeterij en vervolgens, na de hengstenparades, gepresenteerd aan het publiek op 12 oktober 1985 in de kasteel terrein.
