    Vrij ongebruikelijk om op zo'n locatie een boeddhistische tempel te vinden, maar daar is hij dan! Volgens de website van Samye Ling werd het boeddhistische centrum hier in 1967 opgericht en was het het eerste Tibetaans-boeddhistische centrum dat in het Westen werd opgericht.

    Het hele jaar door gratis te bezoeken; Daarnaast is er de Tea Room en zelfs een overnachtingsmogelijkheid, mocht je op een bijzondere plek als deze willen overnachten!
