St. Lars' Church is een klassieke 19e-eeuwse kerk met een nogal karakteristieke toren. In de toren hangt een prachtige beiaard die vijf keer per dag speelt voor de stadsbewoners. Binnen in de kerk is het eerste dat opvalt de afwezigheid van een traditioneel altaarstuk. In plaats daarvan is er een marmeren "koorscherm" dat bijna het hele koor omsluit. De voormalige altaarstukken, geschilderd door Pehr Hörberg, staan nu aan weerszijden van het grote orgel.
