Deze berghut is strategisch gelegen voor wandelingen op grote hoogte, op het kruispunt van de paden van het Nationaal Park Gran Paradiso, het Regionaal Park Mont Avic en de valleien van Piemonte. Dankzij de nabijheid van de gemeentelijke onverharde weg is de hut gemakkelijk bereikbaar, waardoor het een uitstekend startpunt is voor wandelingen.
