Beautiful combination of culture and nature. We are a world heritage site, you read in the city, and the old town and the palace complex have actually been beautifully renovated. In January the palace and the park are completely untouched. The old town is also almost empty.

That was another lovely tour together. After having to miss a few of the tours due to scheduling issues, we were able to take part again today. Despite the grey weather, Brandenburg presented itself beautifully with its many renovated churches, not least due to the clever route to all of the Loriot pug

I finally managed to take part in one of @Frank Meyer's wonderful group tours again. Even though it’s been a while, there were many familiar faces.
I thought today’s tour was about visiting one pug statue named Loriot. Turns out Loriot is a famous German comedian/performer who was born in Brandenburg

From Schönwalde station to Birkenwerder S-Bahn station is always a beautiful route, especially when you are blessed with so much wonderful sunshine on the first Sunday of Advent.
