Long Beach Walk in Plymouth/MA
Nice to walk parallel to Plymouth. At the end of the peninsula there are nice dunes.

A very beautiful path right along the beach. It's a bit run-down at the beginning, as the official beach is currently being renovated, hence the road is torn up.
At the end, you'll find a magnificent dune landscape. Thanks to the long period of continuous frost, it was possible to walk directly through

The plan was to hike the Farmingdale Rails to Trails route. This worked perfectly in Southington, as the entire cycle path there had been cleared. However, outside the city limits, there was still 50cm of snow on the path, so the long-distance hike turned into a loop in -12°C.

Schnee, Matsch und Shitwetter
Eine nette Tour an einem trüben Tag in den Wald von Guilford und wieder zurück. Immerhin ein paar Kilometer geschafft und am Abend gab’s Suhis in Branford.

Nice little hike along rhe Duxbury Beach Park to the Plymouth Light and back. A little bit cold and windy. Our Malamute had fun.
