I really liked Trail 1 through Skiathos, see skiathos.gr/index.php/en/component/sppagebuilder/?view=page&id=157
Of course, you then walk a long way along the harbor. There's a good chance that an Abba song (usually Mamma-mia) will be playing somewhere...

The narrow streets in the old town are worth seeing. I was also impressed by the clear water in the harbor area. At the 'Old' and 'New' harbors, there are many ways to stop and watch the action.
