    The Wildpark am Betzenberg in Kaiserslautern was founded in 1970 with the purpose of enabling the population to observe native species - even those that were formerly native to the wild around Kaiserslautern but are no longer found today. Today, endangered bison and other rare species live in the park. Here you will find in addition to owls, wild boars, fallow deer, lynxes, moufflons, reared reared horses and Heck cattle.
