Recommended ring because of the views both on the ridge that separates the Golfo Paradiso (Recco) from the Gulf of Tigulllio (Rapallo) and for the beautiful view from the Caravaggio sanctuary. From Ruta it is easy to climb up to the ridge. Then with a slight up and down you cross a wood that leads to the plains of Caravaggio. From here, take the cemented path that leads to the stairway to the sanctuary. Low steps and handrails make it safe going up and down.

Vandring

Sanctuary on the watershed between the gulf of Paradise and the gulf of Tigullio. From the terrace of the sanctuary the view opens on the heights of Rapallo and descends to its coast. On the right, the ridges of Mount Ampola and Esoli unwind as far as the Ruta di Camogli. The sea view ends - among the vegetation - on Recco.
Turning your gaze towards the hinterland of Rapallo you can see, in order, Monte Borgo and Monte Manico del Lume.
