A varied hiking trail with some exposed rock sections – not for the faint of heart, but a truly memorable experience. The trail offers impressive views and opens up entirely new perspectives of Visp.



Transport: Take the Postbus from Visp to Zeneggen Zenstadlen

Through the Brig castle, continue through the Bächji to Ried-Brig, then over the old Simplon road (Riedercheera) to the Schallberg. Before the Schallberg, take the Rosswald turnoff and climb through the Riederwald to the Rosswald at 1858 m above sea level.
