This is a long, tough day out on the gravel. Avoid in the winter, but this is a fantastic day out in the summer.

A testing urban off road ride around the edges of the Thames and some areas not often explored on the bike. If you have the right ride and the spirit of adventure this is a rewarding ride. Check Tilbury ferry times before tackling though.

"The Symbolic meaning of the two Koi swimming together is so inline with our passion of cycling: Representing balance, harmony and perseverance.



These creatures are

More a social engagement than a test of strength. Members meet at the gates of Queen Mary's Gardens in Regents Park for a few gentle laps before heading to Soho for coffee and more chat.
