We simply had to walk the steep switchbacks to the Rifugio Forcela di Pordoi. Once at the top, incredible scenery and clear views in all directions awaited us. Only the snow kept us from hiking Piz Boe. Crampons will definitely be our next purchase. 😁💪

A classical concert at 2243 meters in the Dolomites near the Vaiolet Hut sounds interesting, so we hopped on our bikes and walked a bit uphill. There stood the five music students in the cool 5 degrees Celsius, listening to enchanting sounds from a bygone era. An incredible experience and atmosphere

Off to Lago d'Antermoia, that was the plan, but the steep and steady climb over the mountain was reality 😅 Absolutely worth it, with plenty of sunshine. And the reward was cake and a shandy (I know, a strange combination☺️) at the beautifully situated Antermoia huts at a good 2500 meters. The Dolos never cease to amaze.
