From Limoges, I took the train part of the way. It was also an interesting experience for me to see how traveling by train with a bicycle works in France, especially with a view to a return trip that may come later.

The highlight of the day for me was the cathedral in Bayonne. Anyone who enjoys religious buildings will probably agree. As soon as you enter, you're struck by the intense colors of the paintings, especially the stained-glass windows.
