While I used to... with a few exceptions... always manage between 10,000 and 16,000 steps a day just through work, I now had days during extended sick leave where I even got under 3,500 steps 😳, so my average even dropped... briefly... to around 6,500 steps. *Special* sun walk, because we deliberately stopped on the way to our parents' house to take advantage of the sun's movement. So, we set off from the parking lot we chose for our childhood Sunday walk, visited my mother about halfway there, and after spending 1.5 hours with her, we finished the walk back to the car.

Arrived safely at the train station... unfortunately, during this stay at the Bible Center, I had to make do with the rail replacement service from Ettlingen-Stadt, where taking the bus isn't really my thing 🫣... luckily, I now have plenty of time to regenerate in the shade, away from the commotion
