The weather was beautiful, not too warm, a bit windy, but pleasant for cycling. So, we headed off to the Wiesendachhaus for lunch. After fried potatoes and fried eggs, we headed back, stopping at the new Italian restaurant in Rethen for ice cream. It was a lovely ride during our lunch break.

After learning today that the beer garden is only open for this week this year, and because the weather was quite nice, we decided to make a last-minute visit to mark the end of the season.
