Combination of Forestry track, singletrack and tarmac roads - all very quiet and largely car free other than A821 Dukes Pass road. A section of NCN7 downhill into Aberfoyle after summit of Dukes Pass.

First part of ride through Forest on tracks and Deeside Way. A couple of sections in forest and on farm tracks more suited to MTB and awkward on 35mm tyres.
Remainder of ride largely on the road using sections of the previous day's route for the final stage of Tour of Britain.

Abbreviated and modified version of Alpkit gravel tour (East Lothian). Singletrack cut-through near West Saltoun overgrown and fallen tree presents challenge to cross.
