This is a magnificent ride. The path is along an old railroad path that has been turned into a bike route. There are no cars anywhere, just field and sometimes forest. You could keep going on a path next to the road to Neu-Ruppin. The trip to Wüstrau is on a busy road. Worth skipping.

Rathenow is worth avoiding.. the elbe/havel radweg looks very nice in sections.. tangermuende is beauruful bur very hard to get to.. never ever take the road into rathenow again.. lebensgefaehrlich.
