Bit of an earlier finish at work mean I was able to head straight out for some much needed steps. Have a weekend full of Judo, so going to be stuck in doors all weekend so capitalising where i can. Also managed to bag a 35min all body resistance band workout, followed by a 30min recovery in the sauna before tea too.

Afternoon run after some flexibility & mobility excerises on the hips and back. I was actually quite happy with this run. I managed to keep up a quicker pace throughout the run. Coffee and cake at Fausto's for a post-run treat.

Started the day with a 40-min all body workout utilising some new resistance bands i got. While i was warm, I headed straight out for my run. I definitely prefer the sun and the (slightly) warmer weather from yesterday. Then hopped straight into the steam/sauna tent when I got home for a much needed recovery. Not bad for a mornings work.
