A very beautiful tour, but challenging on the ascent. Fantastic panoramic views from the "Guardian of the Allgäu."
The cable car to the transmitter tower is used exclusively by BR employees. A special feature: only one support tower, very close to the valley station. The suspension cables have an incredible span!

The gorge is impressive, especially the "rock shower" in the upper third. It flushes even stuck debris out of every "joint" 🤣.
We were there in the evening and were therefore alone, which made it more relaxing. What's definitely sad is that for a 4-euro entrance fee, much of it is in a desolate state

Today I did the entire climb. It wasn't very busy and the weather was perfect...
Especially in the last third, there are unsecured sections that fall into the zero-error category.
After the scree-covered descent, the jewel is Lake Koblat. Wonderfully refreshing after over three hours of mountaineering
