Letzte Etappe der Pyrenäen-Tour vom Hospice de France nach Bagnères-de-Luchon. Unterwegs überqueren wir die Hängebrücke Passerelle de Péquerin, passieren Castel-Vielh und erreichen Luchon über einen steilen Abstieg. Die Etappe endet mit einem kurzen Abschnitt bis Moustajon, von wo aus die Heimreise beginnt.

Wanderung von Llanos del Hospital zum Hospice de France entlang der Route 3404. Die Etappe führt von der flachen Hochebene Plàn de l’Espital hinauf zum Gipfel des Tuca Salbaguardia mit atemberaubendem Blick über die Pyrenäen, auf den Aneto und seine Gletscher, und anschließend vorbei an den Vénasque-Seen über eindrucksvolle Zickzack-Passagen hinab zum Ziel. Von der Hütte Refugio de Estós führt die Etappe zunächst hinab ins Estós-Tal und weiter zum Campingplatz Aneto am Río Ésera. Anschließend geht es durch das Valle de Benasque über den Stausee Paso Nuevo und die Variante GR11.5 bis zum Llanos del Hospital. Die Etappe des GR11 führt vom Refugio de Viadós über den Collado de Estós (2572 m) zum Refugio de Estós im Parque Natural Posets-Maladeta. Auf dem Weg wechseln sich Nebel, kurze Regenschauer und sonnige Abschnitte ab. Neben Gemsen, Rehen und Murmeltieren prägt vor allem die abwechslungsreiche Hochgebirgslandschaft den Tag.

Die Etappe führt vom Hospice du Rioumajou über den Puerto de Urteceto nach Spanien und weiter bis zum Refugio de Viadós. Unterwegs wechseln sich Pässe, Täler und Wälder mit eindrucksvollen Gesteinsformationen ab. Auffällig sind rostrot verfärbte Steine durch eisenhaltiges Gestein, eine Stierherde sowie die Aussicht auf den Tuca de Posets, den zweithöchsten Gipfel der Pyrenäen.

Die Etappe von Saint-Lary-Soulan zum Hospice du Rioumajou führt zunächst durchs Tal der Neste de Rioumajou und weicht dann auf den anspruchsvolleren Sentier de Herechou aus. Der Weg verläuft über schmale Waldpfade, in den Fels gehauene Passagen und eine gesicherte Bachquerung, bevor er wieder ins Tal zurückkehrt. Nach Badepause und Picknick am Pont Soubiron endet die abwechslungsreiche Tour am historischen Hospice du Rioumajou.

Die Etappe führt vom Lac de l’Oule über den Col du Portet auf 2215 Metern nach Saint-Lary-Soulan. Der Weg verläuft durch das Skigebiet, über weite Weideflächen und längere Höhenabschnitte mit wechselnder Sicht. Nach einem steilen Abstieg von 600 Höhenmetern erreichen wir Vielle-Aure und folgen anschließend dem Fluss La Neste d’Aure bis zum Etappenziel.
