BEWARE not to do without more since it is a research route and there are parts where you have to push (some complicated). The access from Lasarte to the path that goes up to Pto.Vitoria, super handsome. New path that goes up to Arrieta, impressive, but it is still better to use the alternative path further

To avoid: ascent to Itxogana and Elabe over large loose stones (although not too much trouble or time to kick); it can be avoided by skirting to the south. Rest very very unicyclable. Beautiful the descent of the Marabileta and the section by the GR25
