Maloja route to Isola, then mostly narrow hiking trail to Sils, but with a wonderful view of Lake Sils. I think the best scenic section between Maloja and St. Moritz.
The hiking trail (Isola to Sils) is partially rocky (small sliding sections for touring cyclists). And also remember: hiking trails mean that pedestrians and hikers have priority.

Beautiful hiking trail on the southern shore of Lake Sils, emphasis on the hiking trail.
Partly great views.
Some passages are difficult for touring bikes, doable without luggage, with full luggage rather not.
Very nice stop: Ristorante Pensione Lagrev.
