The Limes adventure trail leads from Saalburg Castle to the Hollerkopf.

The route of the Limes adventure trail corresponds to the routing of the Limes hiking trail or the Limes bike hiking trail and is marked by a stylized Roman watchtower. In addition, signposts for the Taunus Nature Park provide better orientation.

A beautiful, but perhaps somewhat monotonous hiking trail, which is definitely preferable to the wide forest paths. You don't see much of the Limes itself. There are also no information signs or anything like that about the Limes and its history.

The path is very easy to walk, is a bit steep in places, but is always easy to walk. Larger cleared areas along the path allow for beautiful views of Wehrheim and Neu-Anspach.
