The Hainturm is one of the towers on the Three Towers Trail. For some time now it has been open again on Sundays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., and admission is one euro to help maintain the tower.

The tower was built on the Hainberg in the Belvedere Forest at the instigation of the Grand Duchess Maria Pavlovna.
After a fire in 1908, the Hainturmgesellschaft was founded and rebuilt the tower by 1909. In 1930 the tower was expanded to include a guest room with a terrace.
In 1946 the Hainturm Society was banned, and from 1953 there was no more management.
