Krognoshuset is a three-story brick building located on the central market square, Mårtenstorget, and the oldest house in Lund. It was built around 1300 and is the oldest non-ecclesiastical building in Lund's city center.
The medieval house, which has been owned by the city since 1905,
has been used as an art gallery by the renowned AURA art association since 1929.
Within the historic walls of Krognoshuset, the art association hosts regularly changing art exhibitions by a wide variety of artists.
The space is also used by the association's artists
to present and sell their own works.
