    The enchanting little old town of Grimentz. Make sure to take your time to stroll around and explore all the little nooks and alleys as there's an enormous amount of detail in the buildings and the decorations. You can also stop by at La Maison de Grand Maman to get an impression of how people lived here back in the 19th century.

            At least some of the alleys are really picturesque and photogenic - a bit outside this village is also rather average with its holiday apartments and so on ... but it was clear that early on they made an effort to preserve the village image as much as possible.

                An individual historical course through Grimentz is recommended. All you need to do is click on the QR codes on various houses with your cell phone and the information will come. This means you can put together your own village tour - and it's free of charge.

                  Grimentz is a magnificent village where the old chalets with spruce roofs have kept their authenticity. This little-frequented course gives pride of place to the beautiful panoramas of the valley after shady forest courses. The paths are easy and the difference in height is not significant.
