The rock cellar at Fischbach near Nuremberg is a rock cellar carved into the sandstone. It is located in the municipality-free Fischbach area in the Franconian district of Nürnberger Land in Bavaria.

The cellar was mentioned as a quarry as early as 1662. A note with a picture can be found in the Nuremberg State Archives. Around 1665 it was converted into a rock cellar. The basement and the grounds were opened in 1988 by the Nuremberg Southeast e.V. renovated close to nature. The Felsenkellerfest is celebrated here annually in mid-June and a forest Christmas has been celebrated since 1994.
