    하이킹

The Lydiaturm directly north of the Laacher Lake offers the best view across the lake to the Maria Laach Monastery. The steep climb from the lake up to the tower is definitely worth it and this detour should be made. The reward is located at the foot of the rise right on the lake gastronomy.

    하이킹

The Lydia Tower stands on the former volcanic crater rim of Lake Laacher. The view over the Laacher See is terrific. Furthermore, the town of Wassenach is at your feet, a part of the Vulkaneifel can be seen and the Siebengebirge can be seen.

Very imposing tower, with breathtaking views of the Laacher lake and the surrounding area. Definitely worth the "climb" to the tower.
